This article is for customers who have completed their Upgrade Orientation call with their CXM and have a Playbooks account created already. If you have not met with your CXM to create your Playbooks account, please reach out to your CXM directly or contact InsideSales.com Support.

Steps and Training for Sales Reps: 

You should have heard from your system admin or your manager about this upgrade. You’ve been using the PowerDialer to make sales calls from your CRM, which has been great, but now it’s time to take things to the next level. In just a few minutes you’ll be live on the new InsideSales.com platform: Playbooks.

Note:  Make sure you’re on the latest version of Chrome

Step 1: Install & Setup Playbooks (10 min) 

Step 2: Training: Click-to-Call & Click-to-Email (3 min 45 sec):

Steps and Actions for Administrators and Managers: 

Step 1: Remove the legacy InsideSales.com dialer (InsideSales.com Click-to-Call Call Center) 

  1. Navigate as follows: Salesforce > Setup > search: “Call Center” > click: Call Centers > click the name of the call center: “InsideSales.com | Click-to-Call” > [Manage Call Center Users]
  2. Select all current users in the Call Center > click: [Remove Selected users]

Step 2: Review and set up Playbooks Activity Reports (6 min 15 sec)
