Key Enhancements

UPDATED: InsideSales Tab Redesigned

The purpose for this enhancement is to improve the user experience as well as prepare the navigational structure for the new Inbound and Outbound Call History reports that are scheduled for release in 2019.

The page style has been improved and navigational links on the page have been updated and categorized.  Less frequently used account settings options have been moved to a drop down menu that is accessible from the ‘Settings’ icon located at the top right of the page.

  1. The new Salesforce package is required.
  2. A support link has been added to the top right of the page as well as the last option of the Settings menu.
  3. All Links have been updated and categorized for an improved experience.
  4. The number of configured Seek lists, Domino lists, Inbound Call Paths, User Groups, Users, Area Code Groups, License Assignments, and Permission Groups is displayed next to their respective menu links.
  5. More information regarding Playbooks and Predictive Pipeline are located in the center section of the page.  When a user clicks on these options, they will be directed to pages with more information.
  6. The Inbound Calls and Outbound Calls reports will become available soon.  Prior to the availability of these reports, when a user clicks on the Inbound and Outbound Calls report links, a ‘Coming soon’ page will be displayed.
  7. If your account comes with PowerStandings, this page will display those configuration links.  Otherwise, the PowerStandings section will be hidden.
  8. The previously released Call Monitoring report is currently available from the top left of the page.
