NeuralSend for Automatic Emails

It can be difficult to know when the best time to send an email to a prospect is -every prospect has different habits, schedules, local times, etc. With NeuralSend for Automatic emails, Playbooks enables reps to be more effective by leveraging machine learning to automatically send emails at the perfect time to achieve an email open.

When NeuralSend is enabled, Playbooks will determine the best time to send the email within a twenty-four-hour period of when the task is due. To enableNeuralSend, simply edit an email step and check the box for NeuralSend. By default, when automatic email is enabled NeuralSend will automatically be enabled also.

NeuralSend can be disabled by unchecking the NeuralSend box

Improved Schedule Call

A number of improvements have been made to the Schedule Call feature,making it easier to schedule future calls and ensure reps never miss a call again.Now when a rep schedules a call, the call will appear in the task chain within Playbooks, reminding reps that they have a scheduled call with the prospect.

In addition to the existing email reminder capability, Playbooks now reminds reps when a call is due directly from within Playbooks five minutes prior to a scheduled call. When a scheduled call is due it now becomes the next task to do in the next task bar at the bottom.

To view all scheduled calls for a day, navigate to the main Playbooks menu and click the new "Scheduled Calls" option.

Other Product Improvements

  • Resolved an issue where prospect time zones were occasionally not displayed correctly on the task list view.
  • Resolved an issue where a prospect could not be saved if you attempted to save previously but did not have required fields filled in.
  • Resolved an issue where marking a play as successful would cause the extension to freeze.
  • Resolved an issue where calls and emails could not be made if there was an issue with Neuralytics.
  • Resolved an issue where the first task in a list was being shown as blocked.
  • Resolved an issue where importing a record without an email address showed a blank screen in Playbooks.
  • Made the green task bar at the top easier to click to load the list of tasks.
