When you open a Person in Playbooks, Playbooks can load that record in your CRM.

  1. Open the Playbooks Menu
  2. Select 'Settings'
  3. Select 'CRM'
  4. Click the switch next to 'Change CRM View to'

Once enabled, you can use the drop-down to select one of three options to load in your CRM:

  1. People - loads the Person's record in CRM
  2. Opportunities - load the related Opportunity
    For some reps, they work Opportunities instead of Contacts. With Opportunity CRM navigation mode, when a contact is loaded in Playbooks, the related Opportunity automatically opens in the CRM.
  3. *Accounts - (NEW - April 2018) load the related Account
    For some reps, they call contacts but want to be able to view account information while making the call. With Account CRM navigation mode, when a contact is loaded in Playbooks the related account will automatically opens in the CRM.
