By default, Playbooks has been blocking calls made to contacts and leads marked as Do NotCall, and blocking emails where prospects have opted out. With this release, while the default is still to have the enforcement turned on, Do Not Call and Email Opt-Out restrictions can be configured by administrators on individual teams.

Note: This function was added in our April 2018 release


  1. Launch Playbooks Manager app
  2. Navigate to the teams tab
  3. Find the team you want to change and select 'Edit'
  4. From the popup window use the checkbox select or unselect the desired values
  5. Press 'Done' when complete
