If done correctly with the proper user setup in Dynamics, there will be no reason to revisit the Integration User credentials page, but if needed the Playbooks Admin can access the Integration User page as follows:
- Log Into the Playbooks Manager
- Browse to CRM, then Edit System User Credentials
Possible Reasons to revisit the Integration User Credentials
- If the non-interactive user's password happens to expire, Playbooks will no longer have access to interact with the CRM so it will stop syncing data to and from the CRM. If this ever happens, simply navigate to this page and re-enter the credentials for the Integration User.
- If for some reason you need to change the Dynamics user who is serving as the Playbooks Integration User, that user can be changed on this page.
