Playbooks currently offers three options to customize your Caller ID: Agent Number, Custom Number and Local Presence. This gives you flexibility to use the best option for the market segment you are working towards.
- Agent Number: This option will show the number that you are using as your station phone
- Custom Number: This will allow you to choose any number that you want to show as your Caller ID. You will be able to put in your own number (make sure you have access to this number for callbacks)
- Local Presence: Adds a personal touch to far-reaching communications by automatically displaying a local Caller ID
Note: If a prospect calls back the Local Presence Caller ID the call will be routed to the rep that made the call as long as the customer uses the same phone number they were called on
